This is probably something easy but i cant find how to turn it off!!
i am with O2 in the UK. i send a text, it sends, then i get a service reply screen that tells me i have £12.30 left. except it makes the msg received noise!
its annoying me, cos i haven't received an actual msg its just the sent msg noise???
can anyone point me in the right direction?
my old phone just beeped when it was sent. perhaps i can change the noise it makes?? or turn it off??

| Title: 8250 Codes To Delete Screen Logo |
Hi
I have just recently purchased a used Nokia 8250 but instead of the screen saying the name of my network provider being Virgin the previous owner has downloaded onto the screen the annoying words "Respect"
I have tried doing a reset plus going into profiles but it remains there constantly.
Someone told me that there are codes that i can type into the keypad which will remove it and put back the Virgin network writing.
Do any members know these exact codes and could you tell me exactly how to type them in.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi there i am new to this forum and own a nokia 6234 and i am looking for a better media player for it.Something that sounds better when playing music and also a better vid player .Also on when i open up a vid i cant figure out how to ff or rew it even though it says you can in the manual.Can anyone help..

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could tell me how to send SMS messages overseas.
I know the country code and everything, and I can even send messages to other people overseas. However, there's this one person in particular that I cand send to.
My phone is a Nokia 6230, and the other persons phone is a Sony Ericson.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hello friends,
I have nokia 2700c in it am having GPRS connection with my service provider
logged into gmail using opera but i like to use gmail mobile client
the gmail mobile client is not loading
while loading it gives the error
"The program requires a working data connection.Please check your signal strength and connection setting and then restart the application"
the gmail mobile application which am having don't have the certificate so i cant set the setting to "allow alwys"
please help me

Ok I just got the Nokia 5310 (great phone) and im trying to load some games but all im getting is errors I did figure out how to load themes wallpapers and music, but not apps. So please any help would be appreciated
Can somebody change the thread title to 5310

| Hi, I'm currently deciding between a SE phone and a Nokia 5130. I've been told the new S40 phones support good animated themes. Is this true? Also are themes similar to or somewhat as good as SE phone's flash themes? Please tell me asap because I want to get my new phone asap |
