Job Responsibilities:
  • Visit wholesalers, partner-shops and retailer to sell company product according to each customer sales target and visit plan
  • Take Order from dealers
  • Check stock of each dealer shop and update in system
  • Present the trade incentive to each dealer, inclusive of the consumer promotion
  • Motivate and convince each dealer to purchase according to sales plan
  • Help dealers, to sell out of our product
  • Check and help dealer to display company product
  • Make the daily weekly and monthly sales reports, market situation and competitor
  • Follow work instruction from upper level
  • And other tasks assign by upper level

Job Requirement:
  • Cambodian Male, Age 23 years up
  • At least graduated high school or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or others field related
  • At least 1years experience as a Sales Representative in mobile industry or related field

Marketing Executive-Field Force (5posts)


Job Responsibilities:

1.  Build and manage relationship with retailers
(a)    Store visits and facilitation of problem solving
(b)    To cover outlets as per coverage plan developed by the Team Leader
(c)    To maintain a close working relationship with the designated retailers
(d)    To facilitate resolution of problems/issues that the retailer may have with respect to the current business trend
(e)    Build good communication with retailers and share guidelines as provided by management

2.    Execute & maintain POSM

(a)    Timely and proper execution of POS materials, dummies etc
(b)    Negotiate best shelf positioning of products and identify opportunities to improve
(c)    Ensure in-store presence and merchandising for current business portfolio

3.    Communication of campaigns & cycles to retail
(a)    Communicate campaigns & promotions to retail when required.
(b)    Encourage and motivate retailers to participate & win the reward by joining in the campaign/promotions, when required.
4.    Assist in expanding WOD & coverage

(a)    Connect with new retailers for increasing WOD through consultation with Team Leader
(b)    Assist in new market development by tapping into new segments/geographic area.

5.    Collect and report market intelligence
(a)    To continuously update retail database for existing and new outlets
(b)    To provide timely and accurate market intelligence on sales, distribution coverage, pricing, merchandising and competitive activity as detailed in the SOP
(c)    To provide relevant feedback on market activity e.g. Competition campaigns, new product launches

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle on Planning, Organizing, Controlling and Monitoring of production  and  process of production  in factory
  • Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
